Account Creation Prerequisite
To place an order, customers must create an online account. Here’s how:
- Provide your first name, last name, email, and password to register.
- You’ll receive an email titled “Activate Your Account”. Follow the link to authenticate your account.
- Upon activation, a confirmation email will be sent.
How to Place an Order
- Browse our catalog, select your favorite items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
- Provide and confirm your shipping address and contact information.
- Choose your preferred payment method.
- Verify your billing address or provide a different one if necessary.
- Complete your order, confirm your purchase, and continue shopping.
- Upon order completion, you’ll receive an email confirmation detailing your purchase.
- Our customer service team will verify your order within 48 hours by either Phone Call or WhatsApp. If unreachable, the order will be canceled. For advance payments, orders will remain on hold until confirmation is received.
Custom Fit Orders
For custom fit orders (e.g., sleeve adjustments), a service charge of Rs. 500 applies. Full payment via online bank transfer is required to initiate production.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain the original tags.

- Color variations may occur due to display settings or lighting during the photoshoot.

Size Issues:
- Custom-fit shirts are only eligible for exchange if the size differs from the original instructions.

Damaged/Faulty Items:
- Claims for defective fabrics or stitching will be honored.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

- Invoice
- Details of the item(s) being returned
- Reason for the return
- Preference for a refund or exchange
- Return the merchandise via a trackable delivery service.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Ensure items are securely packaged.
Assessment and Approval:
- Once received, our quality team will review the returned items.
- If approved, you will be notified via email.
- Exchanges: Replacement items will be dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 5–6 business days.
- Refunds: Payments will be processed within 4–6 business days.
